Description: Schools must disclose certain information to the public and report it to the Department of Education. This information is about financial aid; the school's campus, facilities, student athletes, and gainful employment programs; and campus security and fire safety, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, and programs about them.
Sometimes this reporting is called HEOA (Higher Education Opportunity Act) Compliance, because the disclosures were first outlined and required through the Higher Education Opportunity Act Reauthorization of 2008.
