Description: The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act is designed to make prospective students aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students. Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must:
1. Complete the online EADA Survey which reports data to the U.S. Department of Education. This is a mandatory survey.
2. Prepare an EADA Report which must be published by October 15 each year and must be made available upon request to students, prospective students, and the public.
Note: Providing a copy of the online survey or a link to the Department of Education's EADA Data Tool does not fulfill the requirements for the October 15th EADA Report.
